Help required, no spawns and missing information.

Need help with my private discord. The bot is not spawning at all after bringing it in. It's been 2 days no spawn. Disabled and enabled, redirected, and various other attempts to get it to work. The commands pop up but not the spawns. Also when using +pokemon nothing appears beside the Monstacord name. It seems to be isolated to my server but my friends are getting annoyed by it,

Any help would be appreciated.
